11/16/2016 0 Comments November 16, Blog entry #3The two strengths I choose were leadership and open minded. I chose leadership because I think that I can lead a group to stay on task and do the work needed to make it worthy. What being a leader means to me is that you are taking initiative of the group and guiding them to success. The second thing I picked was open minded. I feel that when working in a group I am always open to everyone's thought and ideas. I believe there is no bad ideas. What being open minded means for me is that you believe there is always better ideas and thoughts to come, that when someone comes up with and idea you build off it to make it better.
The two things I picked that I need to refine is adaptability and critical thinking. Why I choose critical thinking is that sometimes i just like to dive into a project/idea not even stepping back and looking at the pros and cons. This can hurt me when I am working on a big project and have a due date then later realize that it doesn’t work and have no time left to rethink it. The other weakness I have is adaptability. I feel that this is a weakness because I don't always like to work and be with people I don't work well with. Another reason this is a weakness is because I can always just sit back and let other people take control of the work and task.

I want to show this project to the community and have them ask did high schoolers really create this? We have put a lot of time in this project. I also want this project to reflect our learning and our schools teaching styles. I hope after this project I can create some better management skills and design thinking strategies.
What would you like to hear a parent say about the exhibition? How about a sociology professor? What I would like to hera parent say is that they can believe that 9th graders made this happen. I feel that along with this project kids are always or most often looked down upon and really undermined. If a sociology professor comes that would be amazing, to lets us show what we have learned and that we can understand like them. How do we make sure that we are presenting accurate information to our audience? We have to make sure that it is correct, we need to fact check and do research. The information also need to be understandable for everyone in the audience. He need to be simple, clean, and needs to have evidence. 11/14/2016 0 Comments November 14, 2016: Blog Entry #1
