Life in the Cold!
Rube Goldberg
Rube Goldberg
In groups of 3 you will be designing and construct steps and trigger off one by one. The goal is to have 12 steps and they will either create, turn on, paint, etc a final step. You will need to calculate and demonstrate the physics concepts learned to explain the transfer or motion. This will need to be done for each step. This will need to be done on a 2 ft. x 2ft x 3ft surface.
What was the hardest part of doing this project, how did you persevere?
The hardest part of this project I think was working with my friends. I wasn't always on task or used my time efficiently. But in the end it was a success.
What hands on skills did you learn through working in your group?
The skills I learned through this project is to work as a group. I learned this because we all had different ideas and thoughts but when i worked together and built off each others idea we could create steps.
What steps were most challenging to make work?
Making sure that the free falling object would get the same amount of force each trial to efficiently knock down the dominos.
